In a context marked by increasing emotional and mental health challenges among youth, this paper examines priority areas and opportunities for intervention, with a focus on fostering skills and habits that enable young people to manage both positive and negative emotions. It also highlights the importance of collaboration between professionals, organizations and the public sector to maximize the impact of these actions and ensure adequate support.
Along with Luis Joaquín García, three other experts have collaborated in the preparation of the report: Luis Caballero, Head of the Support Unit of the Spanish Youth Institute (INJUVE), Rolf Tarrach, Professor of Theoretical Physics and member of the Advisory Council of the Princess of Girona Foundation, and Emilio Lamo, Professor Emeritus of Sociology and member of the Royal Academy of Moral and Political Sciences and of the Advisory Council of the Princess of Girona Foundation.
