Red interdisciplinar para la PROmoción de la salud y bienestar Emocional en las personas jóvenes

Researchers from Red PROEMO present the Report and Roadmap 2025 on health and emotional well-being in adolescents and young people at the sectoral meeting on mental health in the framework of the participatory process for the drafting of the Youth and Intergenerational Justice Bill

24/01/2025.- Researchers from the University of Jaén (UJA) and the University of Deusto from the PROEMO Network have presented the shortcomings detected and proposals raised in the document “Report and Roadmap 2025 on health and emotional well-being in adolescents and young people” to the Director General of INJUVE, Ministry of Youth and Children, during the sectoral meeting on mental health as part of the participatory process for the development of the draft bill of the Law on Youth and Intergenerational Justice.

The invitation extended to the PROEMO Network to attend as invited experts to this meeting was to present the lines of action proposed in the document “Report and Roadmap 2025 on health and emotional well-being in adolescents and young people” for consideration within the participatory process of the drafting of the preliminary draft of the Law on Youth and Intergenerational Justice.

Specifically, as part of the PROEMO Network, researchers from UJA, Luis Joaquín García and David Jiménez, and from the University of Deusto, Esther Calvete participated in the meeting held on January 24, 2025.

This activity is framed around the actions promoted by the PROEMO Network, a research network (RED2022-134247-T) funded by the Ministry of Science and Innovation and the State Research Agency, through the State Program to promote scientific-technical research and its transfer, within the framework of the State Plan for Scientific, Technical and Innovation Research 2021-2023.
