This afternoon, 14 October, the Councillor for Youth, Pilar Lara Cortés, took part in the first parent-teacher meetings with families from the IES Virgen de la Cabeza secondary school, giving families of 1st year ESO students a first-hand look at the PROCARE programme.
🧠💚 PROCARE, driven by the University of Jaén, promoted by Marmolejo Town Council and co-funded by Jaén Provincial Council, is a pioneering programme focused on the emotional wellbeing and mental health of young people.
📄 For the other educational levels, guardians have been given an information leaflet with QR codes to access the programme, in order to facilitate the participation of students and their families.
✅ We thank the IES management team for their collaboration and commitment, and we encourage all families to participate in this key initiative to support our young people at a vital stage of their development. Procore is also available for young people aged 18 to 29.
