WHAT IS DIGITAS?
It is an online tool, equipped with contrasted and evidence-based digital content and resources on social anxiety disorder and by extension other emotional disorders, given the high comorbidity between them.
OBJECTIVES
DIGITAS was created with the aim of providing answers to the continuous demands of society, to the problem of low literacy in mental health, through the dissemination and transfer of research results and scientific knowledge on Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD), making it extensible and addressing other common emotional problems in this population.
Its mission is to provide adolescents, parents, families and education and health professionals with information, knowledge and resources (podcasts, videos…) to help them find answers to the possible questions they may have, to cover the lack of knowledge about mental health in young people and to guide them on how to act in the best possible way, not only to minimize existing problems and disorders, but also to prevent their occurrence.
