Psychological Assessment and Intervention Group (HUM-836) / Research Team EI_CTS3
It is composed of an interdisciplinary team of researchers in the field of Psychology and Applied Linguistics. The team is led by Luis Joaquín García López, professor at UJA and main responsible for the network, as well as other members of the team at that time, such as José Antonio Muela, Lourdes Espinosa or Mª del Mar Díaz or Pere Castellví, also attached to the Psychological Evaluation and Intervention group (HUM-836) of that university. In turn, for the sake of the interdisciplinary nature of the network through the analysis of language, María Belén Díez Bedmar from the Study Group of Applied Linguistics in English Language Teaching (HUM-679) joined the group.
LINES OF RESEARCH
- Emotional health promotion and literacy programs.
- Intervention programs to improve resilience levels.
- Psychological variable assessment instruments, especially in Expressed Emotion.
- Language analysis as a complementary measure in the detection and therapeutic change in young people with (or at risk of) emotional problems.
- Early diagnosis of emotional problems in young people.
- Assessment and intervention of emotional problems in children, adolescents and adults.
- Prevention of child and adolescent suicide.
